These 90-120 minute gatherings are about giving yourself and your group the gift of exploring "What is life coaching?", playing with the coaching cards, and doing as much or as little personal coaching in the group setting as each person is comfortable with.

Consider friends, book group or church connections, exercise partners, co-workers, neighborhood folks, parents of your kids' friends.
