What's Alive In Me Now?Time for the journey of your life! is an invitation to your greatness. This class is the structure for a journey into who you are, your gifts and talents, what holds you back, and the discovery of what you want to create with the rest of your life.
This journey is for you if you are courageous, curious and wanting more, or stuck and don't know how to move forward. It will require you to take responsibility for this life you lead. It will dare you to look under the covers of life as you know it and freely choose to shift and change, morph and expand, release what no longer works and embrace the longing of your heart and soul.
Gather a small group of fellow journeyers committed to the six-session adventure and join together to discover personal aliveness, intention, purpose and passion.

Session 1: Introduction and Trust Building
Each person will come having read through the book. Today we'll get to know each other a bit, set the foundation for safe and deep sharing, and explore ways to get the most out of the journey ahead.
Before the next class, you will re-read and work through chapters 1-4.
Session 2: Paving My Own Way
This session is an exploration of the question, "In what ways am I inspired to grow?"
Before the next class, you will re-read and work through chapters 5-8.
Session 3: Give It Your Best Shot!
We all have inner voices and secrets that protect us, keep us safe, want us to stay in our comfort zones. These same voices hold us back from exploding into our lives. Learning how to use these voices in service of growth is vital. Remembering that we are perfectly imperfect in our human expression and supported by many others gives us the freedom to give it our best shot!
Questions we'll explore include:
What are my strongest inner critics and how might I lessen their impact?
What deep secrets am I ready to release?
What is value in this level of vulnerability?
Before the next class, you will re-read and work through chapters 9-11.
Session 4: Powerful Choosing
Today we explore the idea of choice, of taking action, of being the leader in our lives.
Before the next class, you will re-read and work through chapters 12-13.
Session 5: Exploring Your Greatness
This session is about discovering your personal "voice" and where you are willing to commit to using it.
Questions we'll explore include:
What do I know about me, my voice, that I didn't before?
In what ways am I willing to commit to using it?
Before the next class, you will re-read and work through chapters 14-17.
Session 6: Completion - Commitment - Support
As we bring it all together, you get to look back and see how you have grown then look ahead and set commitments, identify challenges therein, and solidify your support team for the journey.
Questions we'll explore include:
What commitments to myself and others am I ready to make in service of my greatness?
What do I see as the biggest challenges ahead as I take action?
What support system do I need to stay on track?
