My gift is a drop in the bucket
of the well that will never run dry.
When we each place our drop with the others
we are blessed as the water does rise.
For we all need a drink from the bucket
at those times when our thirst is so great.
It is then that we know we can't make it alone,
that the bucket is filled with sweet grace.
My gift is a drop in the bucket
of all life that will never run dry.
Each of us is a drop for the bucket
that we willingly share to survive.
Yes we each put our gift in the bucket
to be churned into new life so sweet.
And this new life is my life and your life my friend.
We are rich, we are whole and complete.
And the bucket is now overflowing
with the love that's been given by all.
And together as new life we bravely go forth
now to answer true Love's blessed call.
