When life is but a whirlwind of that never ending movement,
When each task but another on the stack.
When nothing gets completed
And your energy’s depleted,
When your fear controls and never do you rest:
Turn within.
Leave the storm and travel inward to its eye.
Leave the busyness of daily life behind.
‘Tis the eye where Spirit guides with clarity.
From the center of life’s true reality.
When thoughts are swimming constantly and your mind knows no peace,
Distractions, interruptions do not cease.
Ideas come in chaos,
All plans fall apart each day as
Staying focused is impossible at best:
Turn within.
Gently urge the mind its worries to release.
Take the path that always leads to inner peace.
Give to Spirit all decisions and let go.
Guidance free is Spirit’s gift; God loves you so.
In the eye of every storm my God resides.
Omnipresent and omniscient, God’s my guide.
I need never fear nor run from life and hide.
On the wings of Spirit’s Love I now abide.
